Maintnance is inapt with maitaining. He told me the pipe that leaked to the point of a flood just needed a tightened bolt and that the molded wooden shelf under it would dry in a few days.
Management "misplaces" maintnance slips.
I lived with a 2 by 4 hole in my ceiling for four months out of the six month lease. The sheetrocker was always coming "next week."
Unruley neighbors always being hauled to jail for violent fights, teenage cowboys party in parking lot, animals running wild around complex leaving unsanitary marks on sidewalks, dumpster always has trash hanging out and in parking lot.
It's not worth the free rent.
