I went to look at the property and as soon as you pull into the property...it's freakin' scary! Of course the management office is nice...but the property is just nasty! I was shown an upstairs apartment...the door was stuck. Then when it did open, roaches fell off the door ..5 of them!!! I walked into the kitchen and the floor was slanted..and this is an upstairs apartment. The manager lied and said that they had just finished getting the place ready a week earlier;NOT TRUE! There was about dozen dead roached in the DUSTY kitchen sink..meaning it's been vacant for quite some time (I can see why it's vacant). Talk about ghetto...people outside getting their hair "done", tires infront of the patio...no wonder they were offering 6 months free rent...THERE IS NOTHING NICE ABOUT THIS PLACE...NOT EVEN THE FREE RENT!
