Liars and Cheats - highland park is the worst place to live in Amarillo, don't recomend it at all. worst customer service and they lie about things they promise in the lease (like sending someone out to take care of pests, and charging us extra for things that are their own fault). Since new management has taken over I would not recommend these apartments to anyone!
