I was desperate for a place to move into on very short notice and it was literally the LAST 2 bedroom left in town. The manager seems sweet but never takes too much action to help in any kind of situation. She just doesn't care and neither does the property manager. I was accused of not paying rent one of the months and they didn't even notify me until halfway into the next month that they had charged late fees out of the following month's rent and applied the rest to the current month rent. When I sent an e-mail notifying them that I had all receipts and that I would be in the office the next morning I think they were surprised. They posted a note after that day and notified me that they found my money order but that it had the wrong apartment number. My fiance had turned in the rent that month and didn't know how to fill out the money order so the manager actually had written in the wrong apartment number for our money order. NOT COOL. On that note about the money order the manager so kindly notified us of our apartment number, like we didn't even know it... RIGHT. Also, there are NOTHING BUT TRASHY PEOPLE who live here who let their ten million kids just run around the complex and up and down the stairs causing all kinds of rucous and waking up my four year old, two year old, and newborn from their naps. At night the people above me would do nothing but run around their apartment VERY loudly all day and especially all night. I even heard a lady running away from a grown man and screaming trying to get out of the apartment. I also had potheads above me that when they smoked it, I could practically get a contact high and that was VERY bad for my children! The apartment itself is halfway decent if you can go without central heat and air and if you dont mind a few waterbugs every couple of weeks. Also, maintenance was fine on important items ut not on simple cabinets or anything like that. People dont know how to park there, traffic and noise is TERRIBLE, there are potholes in the parking lot, and nobody cares if they leave a ding or two in, or "accidentally" key your car. I personally do not feel safe at this apartment at all.
