I live in Concord. It's a nice place. No frills like swimming pool, covered parking, or gym. The complex is from the 70's. Parking is front and back. The laundry near me is kind of small. Management is good. They always want to know if there's anything wrong with the apartment or something to fix. I haven't had any problems with the repair guys. They're fairly prompt and always fix the problem.

There seems to be a fairly high turnover. I can't count the number of people who have lived above me. But, there are some people who have been there for years.

The grounds keeper is pretty good. The grass is kept green and there are always a lot of birds in the trees.

The location is great. It's like the middle of Amarillo. You're three blocks off Georgia near the new United supermarket. Sonic, Burger King, Whataburger, Furs, Hastings, and Hoagies deli are nearby.
