I lived at Newport for only 6 months and it was a terrible experience! The pervoius residents had pets and it took 2 weeks for the office to get us new carpet! Apartments are old and outdated! Kitchens are small and cramped no counter space! Office staff is very unfriendly, and rude. The parking is bad. People don't park in their designated parking spot. High crime there also, windows broken out. NEVER STAY HERE.
