they refuse to pay THEIR bills

They bought two refrigerators dated 10-28-02 from Sears Commercial and never paid, then the manager ---- was very vulgar used alot of profanity while arguing with Sears on the phone, while I stopped in to pay rent. This is very improfessional, I don't think I could get out of paying 1 month rent simply b/c I changed accountants, her words "management companies". Ridiculous, and ------- is a complete idiot, could never answer my questions. HORRIBLE, a NIGHTMARE.
