When I moved into these apartments a little over a year ago I was pleased. I have had a several 6 month leases, and everytime I renew my lease, the rent goes up. I am now paying what I was paying in Houston for a bigger apartment that was a lot nicer and newer. $600 a month in Angleton for 20 year old apartments' Um, I think not.... Also, everytime I try to go to the office for something, its closed.

The market rent for a one bedroom is $460-575 and the market rent for a two bedroom is $660-715. It is normally more effective to sign a year lease to avoid rent going up every 6 months. This is especially true if you are month to month. This apartment complex also pays for water, trash and sewer which most others do not. In doing research for apartment communities in Angleton we are about average if not below what others charge for rent.

I totally agree with Angleton Manor. I moved from Katy to Angleton and the Manor is VERY reasonably priced. The maintenance keeps up with everything very well and I love this place. I wish I could stay but my job is too far for me to drive so I will have to relocate to Houston soon and pay the high prices again. Everyone at the complex is very nice and everyone keeps to their own buisness. I have no complaints at all. There are a few cops on the complex and that keeps us secure at night especially. I have never witnessed any drugs or any type of violence while living here. I would totally recomend for anyone to live at this complex.I'm a single mother and I'm not scared to live here at all.
