Going downhill...

I have lived at Angleton Manor for several years now and this is the best complex in Angleton for the money. I am becoming more and more concerned with management not being able to handle the tenants. Recently a child got hit by a car because people drive through the parking lot too fast and do not slow down on speed bumps. You would think management would send a paper out informing people that a child was hit and tenants must slow down and be careful, but no such letter was sent. On top of this people drive through and blare/thump music and no one seems to care that this was once a quiet neighborhood. Hopefully, management gets the picture and gets things back on track!

Just exactly HOW IS THAT managements fault???? They are not babysitters! People are responsible for themselves! Sounds like a good time to call the POLICE-not management! Where were the parents of the child??? Isn't that who's responsible??? That's where the frustration should be aimed at! Does a child play in the street-if you were to rent a home? Do cars blare music riding in the street??? Is the management team supposed to just park themselves outside to monitor what is going on-they're employed to run the property-not babysit it!!! Grow up and take responsibility! If "you" don't like what's going on-maybe "you" should do something to solve the proplem-not just make the complaint!!!!

It is clearly you are upset about the incident spoken above; however I agree that as a good Management company with care and concern towards their residents safety and well being a letter of concern could of been sent out. It's like if your neighbors are involved in acts where it becomes disturbing to the peace, rights, comforts of others managemnt should get involved. I suggest maybe a Citizens on patrol on your community or a Neighborhood watch committee if things have not improved? It creates a great sense of community!
