My husband and i moved in these apartments at the end of feb. 2003 and moved out Novemeber 2003. They never fix anything on time my air conditioner went out in may and was not fixed until sept. every two weeks i would put in a new notice saying in needed fixed and all they did each time was change the air filter. In Sept. they had new maintance come in and look at all the problems and the reason my air conditioner was not working was the outside unit was burned out and something about it had been frozen too long. Also i complained about the stairwell was held up by ONE and i mean ONE screw the wood was rotten. The response i was given its not on our priorty list. STAY far Far away from this people
