Pathetic and a health hazard

I am a soldier and I was transfered to work in the Angleton armory for a year. This place was close and cheap but very bad. A new manager every month and a very nasty apartment when I tried to move in. Feces on bathroom walls and toilet, dishwasher did not drain and had green mold all over. Took them too long to try and get it ready so I stayed there for 3 months (cleaned it myself) until they got a better apt. I got transfered out 60 days ago and I hear the same lie about "everything goes through corporate on the East Coast".
We had to go to the post office for our mail for 3 months because the mail area was so dilapidated they refused to deliver until it was repaired.
