I moved in May 1 2005 my apartment wasn't ready like I had been promised they wounldn't even let me see my apartment saying they were still working and getting it ready. I had already paid my rent and deposit. Finally a day before I got upset and they finally let me see it. They hadn't even got the new carpet donw. So I had to hold off on moving in for 4 hours the day they said that I should have been able to move in.
I've turned in I don't know how many list of things that was wrong when I moved in and I'm still waiting for 90% of things that still haven't been fixed they keep Managers for about 6 month then they are going and new ones are in the office and you have to start all over getting promises again and nothing gets done.
They do not keep the swimming pool area or the swimming pool clean you hardly get to use the swimming pool.
Car ports are horrible.
I've asked many time for them to please keep the bushes clean and cut back they keep the front nice but most of the other landscaping around the complex is bad.
I could go on and on but would probably run out of room. So if YOU are even thinging of renting from this site I would think really hard cause they do not keep it up and you have to fight with them to get things fixed and still they put you off.
When I first moved in I finally had to call the Angleton Fire Cheif Office to turn them in because my plug for my dryer was hanging out the wall and the pool wasn't being locked up at night and was bening cleaned.
I had water leaks in the kitchen and in my bathroom. My garabage disposal quit working and they only fixed what they had too.
I took still pictures of the complex and video's of some tennats that was having alot of trouble and they gave their permission to me hoping it would help but most said all the list and complaining wasn't working and they too would be out of here as soon as they could find a better place to live.
I've learned of this site today and wished I would have known before I moved in we are all getting robbed.
We are all paying for safety, maintenance, pools and car ports and none of this has come to or Rent but they want the rent but they sure don't want to knock off any rent for any of our inconvience a month.
