My dad has lived here off and on for almost twenty years the staff is very friendly. Lori is the sweetist! Maintence staff is friendly as well. Just want to say I reccomend this place and I personally don't see my Dad moving anytime soon, he loves it as well!!! :)

Pool is murky and usually closed. If something breaks it takes numerous work orders over a several-month-period to have it repaired. My patio fence is rotten and falling off. My a/c has stopped working 3 times in the past 2 weeks. If you live in Texas you know a/c is not a luxury, it is a necessity. Very disappointing for one of the more expensive apartments in Angleton.
