I moved into these apartments in Aug of last year and when I moved in I had a terrible leak in my living room. I was told they would fix this immediately, It is April and my leak is now worse than ever. You can now see the floorboard from the restroom above the living area.All the maintenance says is "Im not a plummer": Needless to say, there are many other problems I have had to deal with like a stove with only one burner wking after two fired out sparks on different occasions. I never see the landlady, she always sends her "maintence" to do her dirty work. I am not happy with the manangement here nor would I ever recommend living here for anyone.To think I moved out of my last apt. because of the same problems!!

i feel your pain, i have lived at these apartments for years, and everything you have said is the truth...the landlady is a bit of a -----, and why even call the maintence man he sucks, and a lil creepy i might add, plus it is never done...he is always having to wait for a part, or it takes him five trips throughout five weeks to get anything done
