Severe mold growth in need of attention. Needless to say is being looked over, or should I say, painted over. Water leaks, mold, standing water on sidewalks ... I could go on and on. I hate to complain, but I really think this matter needs to be resolved. The mold issue is a serious health threat that no one seems to care about and is affecting more than one, two, or three apartments. Promises to fix these apartments have been made but never followed through on. Instead of tearing down walls and fixing this problem what do they do' They clean it up and paint over it' Would you want to be that sucker to pay rent for that apartment' I know I wouldn?t!
