Several problems appeared before I ever moved in, it was shame on my part for not having it fixed before I moved in, but everywhere else I lived the maintenance request were completed in a timely manner. There is no communication as to what is happening with my requests it's almost like they never receive them, though I know they do because I've handed them over in person and discuss the problems with them. I'm told ok I'll put in a work order for it by the manager, then days go by weeks, months nothing. No phone call, no notes on the door, they have poor tenant services to offer. The apartments appearance is very deceiving from the outside. Do not be fooled.

I am a realtor in the area. It seems like they are trying to cheat people. They'll say you lied on your application over the least little thing. Then they keep the whole $200 dollars instead of just the application fee. They do not explain this clearly and should make it clear up front. They are stealing from a public who is naive to the process. This is a deceptive trade practice. I would encourage every one to stay away from these people. It should cost around $25-$30 to run your credit-not $200. Unfair practices.
