descent apartment The management and maintenance team are always their when I need them during normal business hours. Their is only a couple of problems which are the swimming pool does not always stay clean. sometimes the water turns green before they clean it. They have gotten alittle better

great place to live we've been there going on 5 years. it's been awesome the whole time. they are strict on their pet rules though. some of the tenents are older and so that helps keep everyone in line! it feels like home. and I've never had a major complaint.

Drug Central Not a safe place to live!!! Manager is never there, Maintenance are nothing but CRACK HEADS and there are numerous drug dealers.But they have a security officer (WHAT A JOKE) Seen him 2 maybe 3 times the whole time he has lived there!!! Re-think your options before moving there!

Continuously Improving Since I have lived here for the past two years, the owners have made major improvements. New roof, improved parking lot, repaired sidewalks, painted guardrails. The landscaping is nice. Jim is curtious and professional and tends to the job immediately.
