DO NOT MOVE HERE! Hands down some of the most run down terrible apartments ever. Management and maintenance and are both unhelpful and rude at every chance they get. Apartment wasn't clean before I moved in, and they didn't come clean it when I told them so. Had issues with appliances

Super service Lesa is an EXCELLENT Manager . Mike is a Fantastic maint man. Always quiet !!. Great respectful quiet neighbors. Clean grounds. Good floor plans. All remodeled. Right on the outside of Angleton. Quick shot to the store and all needed places . Hwy is right there. I feel verry safe

descent apartment The management and maintenance team are always their when I need them during normal business hours. Their is only a couple of problems which are the swimming pool does not always stay clean. sometimes the water turns green before they clean it. They have gotten alittle better
