the baytree apts.are the worst apartment to live at, they have been through about seven different managers in less than a year. they dont have a maintenance man so everything that is wrong is going to stay like that unless uyou fix it yourself the only time you will see them is when the rent is due at the first of the month. most of the apartments have or are growing mold or mildew as they like to call it. they will not transfer you to another place even when you are growing vegeation from your ceiling.the utility checks that help with the light they might be pocketing it themselves. so if you want to live in an crapy environment this is the place to go.you will also have the most nosies neighbors ever.
