Clean ,quite, and cheap - I lived at Silver Bells For about 5 months back in 2010. The manager was nice and fair to work with. The studio was quite , and very clean. I enjoyed their free internet, which was not slow at all. I felt very safe staying in the apartment, knowing that they have cameras in the major hallways. The environment was clean.
