Lovely Place - I've live here for about 7 months. This place is great the rent is about $950 for a two bedroom/two bath house with a 2 car garage and a small front yard. It is located directly across from the new Cowboys Stadium and Walmart and The Ballpark in Arlington. It's always kept clean on the outside. One of the only good apts left in Arlington - When my husband and I saw the apt. we knew we had to move here. Its beautiful. Huge kitchen and bathroom, washer and dryer, fireplace, and ceiling fans. The apt was pretty clean upon moving in. Sometimes the neighbors get loud but, I never feel unsafe. Everyone looks out for everyone. If there is a problem it gets fixed quickly with little hassle.
