Horrible management/parking and maintenance - Simply put there is nothing i hate more than horrible management. They don't communicate well and you get different stories and run around. Maintenance is slow, doesn't fix problem on first attempt and are just plain guessing this is really a problem especially if your AC or Heat goes out prepare for your worst nightmare.
