Disappointed in more ways than one - If you make a complaint, mgmt will not follow through and will tell the person you complained about who you are and what you said. My stay was made very unpleasant and frustrating at times and the staff did the opposite of help. Maybe if they had used adequate insulation it wouldn't have been so awful.
