Not the best, but better than a lot of them - I've been here for 2 years and I haven't really had that many issues. There are the same problems that you would run into at most apartments, the random loud party or yelling match in the hallway, but it's not a constant problem. I could do without the traffic noise. They have always been very friendly and helpful. The complex is quiet and I've never had problems with noise.
