I am a tenant here! Looks awesome! Beautiful place! I have paid rent monthly.. Yet, I am going thru an eviction process.. Management feels they can do whatever they want. They feel they can apply rent and water paymts to whatever they want. They have come in and disconnected my water in the past, w/o looking at there records to see that I had a credit. Yet, and still, had to pay extra to get water connected again. Office staff is rude, mean, and very fake. I've been to court for them once and won; yet I have to go again, at eom. Trash complaints are true. Gate access is true! Need a pool pass - even if you are a tenant. They do not like children!!! No corporate office!! MANAGEMENT IS OUT OF CONTROL!! Before you sign a lease, please check out everything. If I could do it over again, I would keep driving and never turn in this direction. Cheap price - but expensive price to pay for poor management.. Rememember this - Everything that glitters isn't gold!

Just a fyi to your rent being posted to water. As long as you put on your money order or check for rent only, they can not apply to anything but your rent. Also, paying your water bill is part of your contract hope this helps anyone reading.

They did the same thing to me-I had a credit and i recieved a balance due letter. My water was wrong too. I paid the office my water payment instead of paying Argen and I even wrote on my check-pay to water bill and they still messed it up. I actually had to write it all out and show them thier mistake. That is sad.
