This complex is horrible and need I say it's funny that all the bad reviews has something to say about that assistant which is true she is rude, disrespectful, and very inconsiderate. Let's just say she thinks that some things are funny that is by far not a laughing matter at all. She should have been let go along time ago. And the trash issue is horrible also if you are going to have just one dumpster you could at least put it in the back because all the trash be sunday is overflowing and sitting outside the dumpster. When the kids are on break from school you will knkow even if you don't have kid's because you can hear almost everything that goes on outside. And in my bed room at night I can basically hear what my naighbor is listening to watching which really gets on your nervous considering you just got out the hospital from having a baby and all you and your newborn baby want is a little rest. And my BIGGEST problem of them all is the parking ok fine and dandy we have assigned parking spots, but if you are having company or someone comes to visit just beware that some of the apartments like mine the have to park either down the street or on the other side of the apartments which is sad. so basically I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. They do have good rates for their apartments but look at what you have to go through just to realize that you getting a good rate and i think they just lowered their rates to get some of their tenants to renew their lease because so many people wouldn't
