I've lived here 2 years and have had nothing but a positive experience.
All the bad remarks on here are probably from people that didn't get there way.
The staff has always been polite and respectful even when I've been late on my rent.
Maintenace is always very fast and work there butts off keeping the property clean.
Yes the trash dumpster gets bad on Sundays because of the lazy people not because theres only one dumpster, its not full people are just lazy.
Anyone thats looking for a good apartment complex that cares should come and live at Addison Park.

Well I have read alot of reviews for apartments and it seems most feel the same about Addison Park. I have placed an application here and it has been pure hell getting the ladies in the office to do their part! I gave all documents needed and everything and they were quick to take my money(right before the holidays) but took their own sweet time processing information so I could have a peace of mind throughout the holidays knowing I had a place to call home. Thanks ...I am real skeptical now about even moving here because it seems like the info about the complex is true..Have started searching because of how MANAGEMENT(Jessy Z. and Virginia) has treated me thus far..I am sure it only gets worse...thanks but no thanks

Excellent? You must be accustomed to the life of living in Compton. This place was anything BUT excellent for myself and my family. I do not miss the rude, half-whitted leasing staff that could not get a job with a real/reputable apartment complex. Wanna live here better have your "piece" ready for all the thugs that'll try and steal your stuff. Oh, and I'm pretty sure the "helpful" maintenance men stole my power drill and xbox. Such wonderful employees. Yes, If you want a caring apartment complex - please take your small children and wife/husband and live HERE! Home sweet home....
