Dishonest Management, Horrible Living Conditions

Andrew's Mark Townhomes is one of the worst possible living arrangements one could ever consider. The place is rodent infested, and unsanitary. Parking for tennants is unbelievable. You have to walk several buildings over in the middle of the night to even park your car. The manager is a total liar and cheat.
