I think management found these comments online. They did a complete inspection of the property apparently looking for the previous posters (2 maintenance workers not one-what a waste of labor). Details were taken about what was wrong with each apartment, but yet nothing appeared to get fixed except for the new people moving in. It would have made sense to do an inspection to see what needed to be fixed, then actually doing it. These apartments will continue to stay in bad condition because problems are not fixed when they are small. Listen to a former real estate agent and law student for a minute. If you plan to stay here, form a tenants association so you are not losing hard earned cash on a house that may not be liveable for you. I can't say what I really mean but just keep looking!
