in all of my rental experiences i have never encountered such a poor living environment. where do i start..first off its roach infested..no parking management dodges u all day..nothing ever gets fixed. plumbing is terrible. due to outdated heating sysytem electicity bill avaerages 6-800 dollars monthly.. documentation to prove it also..
my car was vandelized more than once.
