Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
Recently Andrew's Mark have changed thier name. Property are doing a lot improvements like fences surround, cameras, plumbing problems were fix, organized parking lots, tenants electric bill gone down since property cleaned coints, changed filter, and have changed windows, price compare living space really good (really cheap). Property is contious doing improvement every day; therefore vacancy are really low.
