My boyfriend and I lived in this apartment complex for almost a year and actually broke our lease a month early so we could get out of there! We had nothing but problems from the moment we moved in. First of all, we were told one thing from one staff member and then something completely different from someone else (in respect to rent, pet deposits, policies, etc.). Our roofed leaked constantly and actually caved in to our closet once... the air conditioning NEVER worked in the summer and the heat broke three different times during the winter. We had three $250-$300 electric bills due to the poor heating/AC. There is also a lot of drugs and crime in this complex; we were told by a neighbor that a man was trying to break into our apartment one night. We also witnessed two or three fights in the parking lot at different times. I wouldn't even go out of my apartment after dark! It is not a good place to raise a family and the rent is definitely OVERPRICED! It's not worth it at all when you can go down the road and find a ton of safer and more professional complexes.
