Arbrook Park Apartments

For apartment living- this is not such a bad place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   My boyfriend and I moved here in November after we sold our home. We are living here until our new home is finished being built. I have lived in quite a few apartments across Arlington, and I must say that this is the best apartment so far (and hopefully it will be the last)! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. I called once for a maintenance problem, and the problem was fixed within the hour. Of course there are the little nuisances, noisy neighbors, creaking floors above, car horns in the night, hauling your own garbage, and perhaps even a few power outages. But, you simply have to realize that it's an apartment, and no matter what complex you go to, you will have these problems from time to time. And believe me, if you think a $50 dollar water bill is bad, move into a house and you will wish your water bill were only 50 bucks!!
