It's better than cheaper apartments but that's because you pay more. I pay 800 for a 2 bedroom and it's alright. Parking is horrible. No one pays for the covered parking, and there is no place to park. They should tear down some of the reserved. Tow trucks will take your car in 5 mins. if you leave it there. Gates are always broken. Management isn't bad. Maintenance is very quick. They try to jack your deposit. Most of the people who live hear suck. They let their kids run rampant and someone crapped in the pool. Our neighbor below called the cops about 8 times, all during the day, for noise, and we don't even party here. My car has been broken in to two times here. Crime is really bad here. Thanks Louisianna.

I agree with this person. If I were you I wouldn't rent at this apartment. Like this person says, they will tow your car not even within 5min. you are talking about within seconds. My husbands truck got towed within minutes. The thing about the towing is that the A-AArlington towing company has a contract with Arbrook Park Apartments and what they do is sit around and wait on someone to park there car in the Fire lane, handicape parking or even in the undercover parking. That's why I said within seconds. Then once they have towed your car within 5minutes another tow truck is there to do the same thing. Parking is TERRIBLE here. Not only that, they don't even care if the apartment is ready or not, they will still rent you that apartment. I have experience this with Arbrook Park. Then what they expect for you to do is give them a 60 day notice to terminate your lease. Which mean you are tied into the contract with them. Then, if you break your lease it is going to be 5,000 dollars just to get out of the contract. These people are money hungry they do not care about your comfortable living or none of that all they want is your money. They expect you to pay your money every month but they also expect you to live there uncomfortbly as well. If I was you I would take my money somewhere else. It's not worth it at all. This is what you will have to face. Finding a parking spot, car getting towed, mailbox key possibly not working so you can't get your mail and possibly getting an apartment that isn't ready. Like I said before PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF YOU NOTICE THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS PROPERTY HAD TO GET ON HERE TO TAKE UP FROM WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. THAT SHOULD BE YOUR CLUE RIGHT THERE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER PROPERTY WHO ACTUALLY CARES. CURRENT RESIDENT
