This place is horrible. They are way overpriced for what you get. My apt was FILTHY when i moved in. The carpet had numerous stains and there was a large hole in the bedroom door that maintenance did a shotty job at trying to fix. The manager is a TOTAL b***h. The only thing this place has going for it is the nicely kept grounds. Good luck trying to find a parking spot. I was quoted $65 for a covered spot.. no wonder no one has one. Be aware of getting your car towed.... its happens frequently to many of the residents. Safety is of the biggest concern. Half of it is rented out as income restricted. The quality of residents is going down hill fast. The hoodlyms hang out around the club house and pool 24 hours a day. Cars get broken into on a regular basis. Management puts lease violations on your door for trash and cigarette butts that arent even yours. The breazeways were covered in bird ---- for months!!!! disgusting! Oh.. and when you try to move out.. they send you a ridiculous bill for bogus charges just to get more money out of you. run away as fast as you can!!
