My and my family have been living here since the end of Oct 2006. It's a beautifully landscaped complex, with 2 nice pools, a play ground and fitness center. A 3bedroom 2 bathroom costs about $1100 a month(depending on specials and what not, we pay $950ish since we got it on a special). BUT, here are the major problems with this complex.

1. Horrible children... when these kids get bored they knock on doors, rip off lights, signs and other things. Won't get out of your way when your driving around the complex. They move as slow as humanly possible when they see a car. Management has recently tried to take care of this problem by sending out a notice saying children(Under 18) MUST be accompanied by an adult on apartment grounds. This hasn't worked a bit... the pool gets over ran with horrible and rude kids with OUT their parents.

2. They NEED security guards on grounds at night! There are constant parties, men yelling things a women they should not be, and not to mention it is over ran with many gang related persons. As other has stated before, there has been car break ins, police about 2 times a month. These problems and the above mentioned problems could easily be taken care of with security!

3. Over priced! It is a nice complex, BAD area!

4. NO PARKING what so ever, cept for recently.. LOTS of move outs (I wonder why')
