I wish I wasn't locked into a contract that I cannot break with these apartments. I just moved in and I expected everything to be beautiful because it looks beautiful on the outside and the models look kept up and beautiful as well. It wasn't the case with us. I was just greeted by my new neighbors, the ants. I guess I should've known. I mean there were trails of ants in the main office coming right through the floor tiles. I just thought this place was so beautiful and it couldn't be that bad. Well, since I've been here the office never answers telephone calls and when I did call they were quickly trying to get me off the phone. There are some things I do not want to talk about while there are potential buyers beside me in the office, but I also think its best to know what you're getting into. They do not break contracts here. You will pay whether you live here or not. I guess everyone has different experiences here. It is a big community. My advice is to read EVERYTHING on this site. The good and the bad and pray you have great neighbors and live in a well kept up unit. As a resident I must say I believe everything I've read on this site is true. I believe there are people who love living here and have no problems here. I really wonder which buildings they live in. I'd love to transfer to a safer area. I also believe the negative reviews are true as well. The walls are thin and you hear a lot especially when the neighbors are happy to talk about it. One fault of the office is that they don't communicate. You better take a name while someone is solving a problem for you because if they're gone or no longer working here then they will not know what you're talking about. They don't communicate well. They should at least take down notes. It would make ME feel better than getting a, "Well I can't help you. I don't know what you're talking about," answer. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Wait unitl they leave the water sprinklers on in the winter time during a freeze & the parking lot freezes over.

I also looked into a way to break my contract. There are virtually no loop holes, unless they do not take casre of a serious issue within a resonable time frame. Just stick it out.. that's wahat i'm having to do. Once the rating gets low enough on here no on ewill want to move in.

In our apartments, our neighbors came out the first day we moved in....SILVERFISH! Of course the problem hasn't been taken care of and will never be taken care of. This place sucks SO BAD!
