I have been a happy resident at Arbrook Park for 3 years. Sure, we have had some kids acting up and the same problems most apartments have, but hey, when you live in an apartment you are in very close quarters with other people & need to learn to adjust to that. The young people next to me had a party one time & I politely went to them and asked to keep it down, never had a problem again. I will be moving out of state soon and I have been searching for a new home again! I got on to apartment ratings and saw the negative responses from some unhappy people. I decided that I would express some positive comments about the property!
I have really enjoyed living here and have not been looking forward to the ever dreaded apartment hunt!!! I have always enjoyed the staff, they know be by name and always make sure to make me feel like a person and not just another resident! In the past few months even the new faces in the office have come to remember me, and that makes me feel so at home.
I also would like to say that when ever I have needed a repair or my a/c filters changed, the maintenence staff has always been more than helpful and polite to me.
I would just like to say that Arbrook Park has been a good home to me & I hope that I may return one day if I get to move back to Texas.
Don't feel bad Arbrook Park, there are residents who love it too!
