I have been living here for over two years now. Its funny reading these reviews because they are almost ALL negative...just like MOST of SOCIETY....hmmmm. I think most of the negative comments come from renters who have unrealistic ideas of apartment living. This place is NOT that bad. Sure some times neighbors get loud, somebody may park in my paid covered parking space or the kids on the property may get pretty loud and disruptive at times. How is management to blame for this' It was another renter that got loud, it was another renter that parked in your spot, it was another renters kid that was getting loud......NOT the management or maintenace or security person....oh yeah lets NOT FORGET the magical gates that are supposed to keep us all SECURE AND SAFE.... because how many post have stated that they got broke into because of the NON WORKING SECURITY GATES......please..you are as likely to get broken into parked in front of your $60,000 home or your $300,000 home... but I guess here at Arbrook Park we are supposed to be crime free because of the magical gates surrounding our home. Its an APARTMENT COMMUNITY with over 400 neighbors...WAKE UP...your littering, loud, unthoughtful neighbors are making this place a bad community ....not the people that work here...but I guess we could ALWAYS blame MANAGEMENT for letting these awful tenants move in....GUESS WHAT''''EVERYBODY goes through the same process...good rental history...good credit...good paying job....no criminal record....That qualifies you to move in....UNFORTUNATELY these qualifications DO NOT FILTER OUT THE LAZY, LOUD, UNTHOUGHTFUL RESIDENTS. The complainers on here say that management doesnt do anything to so solve these problems...I have read MANY letters sent by them ASKING us to watch our kids properly, to not litter, to take pride in our community...but does that happen'' MOST OF THE TIME.....NO because its NEVER US, its ALWAYS somebody else creating the problem. This place has decent apartments with nice grounds (EXCEPT WHEN YOUR NEIGHBOR IS LITTERING). The office staff has always been friendly and maintenance has always responded to my apartment issues. I think there may be better places to live HOWEVER I think there are also MANY worse places to live..I know it sounds stupid but "Your home is what YOU make it" Unfortanately in the APARTMENT WORLD...its also what ALL of your neighbors decide to make it tooooo!!!!!!!!!!

ummm...ok once again who was causing the problems.."obnoxious neighbors, cigarette butts, beer bottles...." rude neighbors--THATS WHO. The office only has so much control over the behavior of others. Your right they do send out warnings...over a year ago we had a neighbor who was evicted after several lease voilations because they could not "keep the noise down or act right" HOWEVER, its a business....if EVERY PERSON that acted inappropriate got evicted... EVERY community would be a ghost town...there is NO SUCH THING AS A PERFECT PROPERTY!! As for the plumbing...once again..How is that any particular persons FAULT? THINGS HAPPEN. Your right EVERYTHING should be documented....BY YOU... read your lease....for your protection...document your requests, complaints and move out notice. They are not babysitters, they are mearly trying to make hundreds of people comfortable in their homes to the best of their abilities. The crappy residents do not make the situation ANY better. AMAZING that this ANGIE person could control over 400 residents... I doubt it!!!!!!!!

I have to say I am a bit confused. We do not have a staff member named Angie. My name is Theresa and I am the community manager. We also have an on staff plumber. Is this perhaps meant for another community?

No, it's Arbrook Park it's meant for. Angie was there several years ago.
