Upon moving in I was really excited for the nice new features I had never had. It was a little pricey for me, but I expected that I would get my money's worth. Unfortunately since moving in, maintenance has not come to fix a major problem in my apartment, even after calling every day.. they seem to always have an excuse! They also brag about a fitness center, 2 pools, laundry pick-up, a personal trainer... all great ammenities, but they DONT HAVE TRASH PICK UP! Are you serious' They can afford a fitness trainer to come in once a week but cannot pay a contract person to pick up your trash twice a week! RIDICULOUS! Oh, but they pay the trainer by lowering his rent... another scam for him. I have not had any problems with kids yet, but if i had a chance to sign another lease I would look somewhere else.
*9/11/08-Update*: After living here over a year now it has gotten much worse... don't be fooled by the confusingly all 5.0 ratings on here.. because that is they apartment staff (I guess that's what they do when they're not changing air filters and somehow "misplacing" my maintenance request. Oh well... just be careful. They aren't awful, but I can't wait to move to a place that isn't so forgetful or their current residents. And one rating mentioned how good the head maintenance guy was- John. He's they one who put me off for over a month! I called every week checking in on my appliance, then I just started calling every day.. I finally go it... a month later. If you do decide to move here... take this review to heart.. I don;t want to turn you away...as it's not a complete dump... but I have had at least 3 of my last 4 apartment complex's be better than this. Good luck on your search!
