When my husband and I first saw these apartments off of IH20, they looked sooo nice-but beware!! It's a classic case of the old bait and switch. The appliances are old and outdated. The dishwasher is so noisy and squeaky that you almost have to run the damn thing during the day as to not wake other family members at night. There are numerous cable and phone outlets installed that dont work in the apartment. I have literally called maintenance at least once a month for the past 4 months and I am not a fussy type of person. The main mgr Teresa is a slow moving @#$%!! Insects frequently plague this bldg and if you have a job where you get off past 6 or 7 o'clock-forget abt finding a decent parking space if you haven't paid for parking. I can't wait to get out of this hell hole-you DO NOT get your money's worth!!! Please dont make the mistake my husband and I made!!!
