For nearly $1000 a month, I have certain expectations that apparently are too high. My apartment is falling apart. I hope you're not a light sleeper. Why are people yelling outside at 2am/3am constantly' I live near the back of the complex so every morning (about an hour before I wake) truckers start warming up their huge engines parked on the street behind us. I like to sleep in on my days off but I stop trying. They have groundkeepers who seem to have the leaf blower on right outside your front door all day long. I'm all for keeping the grounds nice but I wonder when they are going to focus the huge ant problems. They need a sign that says, "Renting Spacious 1000 sq. ft. apartments and 500 sq. ft. Ant Colonies!" While my water/sewage bill keeps creeping up, I can guarantee that the sprinkler system will come on rain, shine, snow, and hail. Did I mention that they throw their own tenants under the bus with the tow truck company' Do you arrive home late from work' Well be prepared to walk from the other side of the complex if you don't have covered parking. Hey, they at least have security surveillance. Oh wait, only near the leasing house. Gotta protect that money. As for you, make sure you don't drive an SUV because we've had a rash of exhaust thefts on vehicles that sit high off the ground. We will be leaving ASAP!

Yeah, i saw the police there a week ago and they told me a neighbors exhaust had been stolen....WHAT IN THE WORLD?
