This place is too expensive to put up with the things that you will have to deal with! Please look some where else.

Yeah, your right that sounds like the staff is giving themselves good reviews. All 5's within a few days.

That is so true believe him when he say it is a beautiful dump. And it is the apartment staff making the good responses. This place is horrible.

I am so glad that other people feel like I have for so long... My lease is up soon and I can't wait to move! They tried to get me to go to the "renew your lease party" the other night... I said hell NO! Pizza isn't enough to make me want to stay here!

I actually live here, I love it and I have never had any of these problems that yall are talking about.... They spray for bugs every thursday if you want them to you just have to call and ask them the tubs can be cleaned by simply buying a mr clean sponge and scrubbing and I personally have never had any problems with the front office I actually really like them. well the 3 of them that i have talked to. If you want the problems fixed then you should have walked through the apartment before you signed the lease like I did. and asked for certain things that did not meet your standards to be fixed. you have to remember that this is an apartment!!!! that has been previously lived in and if you dont want certain things you have to make sure that you voice your opinion. I am tired of everyone bashing this place! And everyone that write good reviews on here is not the office staff I have written 3 and i personally live here!

To all the negivtive writers, get a life and grow up. Get a boyfriend or a girlfriend and actually go out and do something, you have to much time on your hands and are very unhappy in life. I feel sorry for you

all the good reviews seem staged and the bad ones are very consistent; no parking, bugs, punk kids, car's broken into, etc. and it seems that they still make u pay no matter what your problem was. We were thinking of moving here but after reading the reviews i really will take my money else where.
