We have lived here for 2 months now in building 3 and me and my roomates love it. We have had very few problems in our apartment and the few that we had were takin care of very fast. The office ladys and men who work on property are great and made our move very peaceful. I did read all of the reviews and yes it is an apartment and it will not be perfect. But half of the issues that people on this page have complained about can be fixed and probly fixed very fast. As far as pest we have seen not one bug in our apartment and that may be because we are clean and other people obviously are not. Instead of complaining on a website about your pest try calling the ladys in the office and get on the weekly spray. TRY IT, it may work... If not clean your apartment.

This is obviously someone who works in the office...duh! How dumb do they think we are.

i dont think it was anyone from the office... they cant even spell ladies... or use pests the right way.... but all in all its a good review! yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay arbrook
