My Husband and I moved in when we got married in 08 and we love it! Our lease is up in June, and we are looking to upgrade to 2 bedrooms. I have been looking for DAYS and can't find anything that is in a better location to I-20, and UTA, perfect size, safe and quiet, for such a great price. This place def. stands out from every other place we have visited, because of customer service ALONE! The whole staff is ALWAYS friendly, and even if they don't know you, they act like they do! Maintenance comes as soon as they can and it is service with a smile. I hardly ever see trash on the property site. There is someone picking up trash every day... The pool is always clean. There is ONE THING we don't like. Residents are supposed to pick up after their dogs and if not there is a fine, but there are a few bldgs where you can't step off the sidewalk because there is poop everywhere. UTA students live here, because the prices are awesome for what you get, but i haven't had any noise issues at all. Overall, it's been awesome living here. We will definitely be staying!

I am not part of the office staff. Sadly, unlike most people in the world, i am being honest. I know... it's unbelievable.

It's funny how the office always has to mention the staff in their reviews. And they give them 5.0 rating so they are completely obvious. If the narcissistic office staff weren't such morons, we might not be able to spot these so easily. But.. then again.. that's what you get with Arbrook Park.. lots of style, and absolutely no substance. Well.. besides all the substances their residents are on, of course.

well i loved the staff there and thats why i talked about it in my review. i think its the most important thing when you are looking at apartments is to like the staff. and out of anywhere i have lived this is the only place that was nice! usually they are rude ( the boulders in hurst!!!) i honestly would move back just because the staff was so nice and helpful with everything. soooo stop talkin shi** because you probably did something to piss em off.
