Weve lived here about a year and I would say there are goods and bads. The apartment its self is pretty nice. It was cleaned and basically new when we moved in, and the maintenance guys seem to be alright. But there are a few drawbacks that I think will have us moving when the lease is up. First there is no parking on the weekends, unless you pay for a spot coverd or not. There are noisy neighbors but I think thats every complex really. No laundry on site, which for such a large complex strikes me as a bad move. Gates always broken which is actually nice since it does nothing as you can just wait 5 min to follow some one in. There ar complex wide maint issues that seem to never get taken care of even though they effect a lot of the tennants. OH and your locked in on what kind of cable, internet, and phone can service the complex. The rent is flying up as well but I would attribute that to the closeness to the new Arlington Highlands.
