Well overall it was an alright experience here at Arbrook Park. We had good and bad experiences here.
When we first moved in, the fridge wasnt working, the bedroom door was larger than the frame (so it wouldnt close of course), the counter top was not properly attached you can actually lift it up. The sliding door didnt close and the blinds were damaged. We didnt get a fridge till 4 or 5 days after we moved (THAT was horrible)But of course they give you the key the same day you move in so you find yourself obligated to accept it as it is. I wrote all these complains on the checklist and maintanance eventually fixed it. Till this day the sliding door still doesnt close/lock.
Another thing my husband and I dislike is that they close the pool like 8 months of the year, wich SUCKS. Parking can be a pain sometimes, specially on weekends.
Also when you walk you can hear the floor squeeking. I live on the 3rd floor so i dont have anyone above me, but i know the people down stairs hear it all.

And the last & worst thing, what happened was that my husband works for national accounts so he is always traveling. his flight arrived really late and by the time he got home and went to drop off the rent check (it was a few hours late) and they charged him $250.00 for late fee!!! and when we told him that he was out of town (we had plane tickets and proof of flight delay) and this is the first time our rent is late, they told us that wasnt their problem,, we should have overnite the check.

these apartments are too expensive compared to the ones around this area. They are asking for a bit too much money.

oher than that, the maintenance is good, they keep this place clean and nice. NO BUGS...roaches, ants...none of that (Thank GOD), They keep the grass and green area nice. I mean overall they are nice, but expensive.

hey..if your willing to pay the price...then go for it!
