Hm... Where shall I begin' I don't know how many eviction notices I've received in error. I would go up to the front office and ask them why it is I received these notices after waiting in a long line of angry people at 5:00PM. They would try to look up my file and after 30 minutes tell me that they miscalculated and that everything was paid for not to worry about the notice it is policy' I just now received a tow notice on my car from an abandoned vehicle company on my car window (large orange sticker) and called the apartment complex. The company dated the sticker 3 days ago when I know I received the sticker early this morning and they are giving me 10 days for an expired license. They told me this is policy and that there's nothing they can do, along with back-dating. This is typical of the office and anything we've asked for that seemed fair. I could go on, don't live here!!!
