Well a few months after I moved in my refrigerator went out and all my food spoiled and I'd just bought hundreds of dollars of groceries because it was two weeks before Thanksgiving. Management only offered to give me $25 off my rent after I begged for months and I still never received the $25. The airconditioner vent in the master bedroom never worked the entire year I lived there and the master bathroom's bathtub was deplorable!! Nothing like the model shown prior to moving in. Maintenance staff was super fast. They came quick each time I called, but most of the time the problem was bigger than they could fix. I have heard from several former residents of the aparments, that I will not get my deposit back because they deduct for EVERYTHING!! Including normal wear and tear of painting and carpet cleaning. I hope this is not true because I just moved out a few weeks ago and I REALLY need my deposit to help with all of the moving expenses to my new apartment. I didn't have any problems with break-ins and my neighbors were great. If only the management staff were more supportive and understanding I would still be living there. Good luck!!

Well Kudos to you!!! Especially since I have spoken to several other tenants that experienced that exact same problem. Maybe you were just a really "special" tenant :) Congrats!!
