Arbrook park was a great complex, I never had any trouble with the neighbors and the office staff seemed friendly enough. However, like others have posted, parking is awful, a tow truck drives around every night looking for something to haul away, and I too got eviction notices even though the rent was paid. The access gates do nothing, my car was broken in to and everything, including my extra quarters were stolen out of it. I had head too from neighbors that rims were constantly stolen off of others cars, and several people have broken their leases because of this reason alone. The office staff seemed the least bit concerned with all the car theft. Safety is not their main concern.
