	I like living at Arkansas Villa. There are only 24 apartments in the complex so it is very quiet and since it is a small complex I feel safer because you know the people you live next to. Maintenance problems ... more

	I would not recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE!..The apartment manager has no clue how to handle situations when they occur in the complex. Rude neighbors! If you are not socialable, you are looked down on!...Apartment manager dosn´t like children ... more
